"Sheroes" and Heroes: Portraits in African American History

Sheroes" & Heroes: Portraits of African Americans in history from the Permanent Collection is on view at University Museum from February 18, 2014 until March 30, 2014.

 

This exhibition features portraits of celebrities, political activists, artists, singers and every day people who play an active role in the African American community.  This exhibition is presented in honor of Black History Month.
