A Wearable Art Competition

For the Sake of Art offers artists the opportunity to express their creativity in the form of cutting edge wearable art while celebrating the legacy of the historic murals at Texas Southern University.  The finalists will be featured in local media publications as well as a local exhibition of the wearable works. Awards will be announced at a special cocktail reception on May 7, 2011 at the University Museum.
